Mr. Karim has huge knowledge in development activities with Organization for quite a long time. Performing the responsibilities of Financial Management for implementing organization like International Cooperation Agency. His major responsibilities include organized financial management of the Project. Involve Placement and operation of foreign funds of project and government Counterpart fund as well including cash flow management. Assist procurement management (works, goods and services) following PPR and international guidelines. Lead and train at different levels of accounts and financial staff for quality services. Preparation of Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWPB) of the project. Processing and initiating internal and external audit, mitigate the audit observation. Communicating independently on financial issues to concern government agencies with financial/banking sectors and international partners. Maintaining accounts related Books and records and Banks accounts for the project. Preparing reports related to project progress for GoB and development partner.
