 WHO WE ARE?

   A group of renowned professionals from multidimensional development arenas comprehends the necessity of dedicating and delivering their knowledge and skills towards the contribution of country and people’s furtherance and progression through common efforts by hoarding themselves under a certain canopy organization. With these thoughts Associates for Innovative Research and Development Ltd (AIRD) has been designed and started its journey as a Research, Consultancy, Development and Capacity raising based private limited company in 2017. Each of these founder professionals has wide reputation in their own areas of expertise. The inherent aspire to develop this organization, as set is to provide momentous contributions for the socio-ecological welfare and people’s betterment that would result advancement of the country by using their knowledge and skills.

    AIRD has working experiences with large numbers of National and International organizations of which some noteworthy are Ministry of Children and Women Affairs Bangladesh, Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock (MoFL), Local Government Engineering Department, The Department of Fisheries (DOF), Social Science Research Council (SSRC), Ministry of Planning, Bangladesh Police, Center for Natural Resource Studies (CNRS), UNHCR-Bangladesh, Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF), RDRS-Bangladesh, Center for Policy Dialogue (CPD), while the international partners are OXFAM BD,  ICCO Corporation, Maxwell Corporation, Plan International Bangladesh, Actionaid, and lnternational Rescue committee (IRC). AIRD is dedicated in generating and developing new knowledge-based research ideas. The company’s efforts have been ardent in upholding the national policy and planning through innovative research ideas.  The organization also provides a variety of technical trainings and capacity building initiatives in different development ranges. The organizational experts have name and fame in developing quality training materials, modules, audio-visual aid material development, illustrations etc. in a professional way. AIRD has noteworthy strength in conducting different kinds of social and ecological research, study, survey and reporting those with entire satisfaction of its esteemed clients. Finally, research and consultancy opportunities in various fields made the firm an inimitable entity in the fields of planning, research and development organization.

AIRD will build a dynamic, interactive, national and global community of researchers to advance technical excellence by providing a framework in which the multi-disciplines can convene, collaborate, integrate and interact each other.

WHAT WE DO 

  • Conduct Research, study and survey on areas of social, environmental and climate change aspects including monitoring and evaluation of projects/programs outcomes;
  • Design and develop innovative project proposals addressing people and nature;
  • Embark on to introduce and practice collaborative management of common pool resources involving all level stakeholders with striking focus to actual resource user community;
  • Develop platforms to raise people’s views towards an all-inclusive social integrity
  • Provide assistance to the criminal justice system of Bangladesh through continuous research and policy recommendations thereby.
  • Design and establish forward and backward market linkages that would ensure to meet primary producer’s interest and fulfil demands of all level actors including the consumers.
  • Become contributory government partner in change activities.
  • Design and develop interactive communication materials both in electronic and print forms.

OUR STRENGTH
