Md. Mashrur Rahman joined AIRD as a Research Assistant. He completed both his B.S.S. and M.S.S. degrees in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka, specializing in Public Policy. Mashrur brings hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research gained through work in national governance, youth engagement, and community development projects.
His expertise includes field coordination, data collection, FGD and KII facilitation, survey management, transcription, and report writing. He has successfully led field teams and contributed to research focused on institutional reform, civic engagement, and evidence-based policy analysis. Mashrur is proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, SPSS, STATA, and NVivo.
Beyond professional work, he has been actively involved in youth-led governance and awareness initiatives, strengthening transparency and social accountability. He is committed to high-quality research and advancing inclusive governance in Bangladesh.
