Mr Abdul Haye Chowdhury is a Director of Associates for Innovative Research & Development Ltd. (AIRD). He has been a development practitioner since 2000 and is still continuing to pursue the same passions. He has the ability to design project strategy, planning, implementation, and monitoring in a participatory manner. Ability to lead project management towards achieving desired outcomes. Skill to conduct and moderate training and workshops. Ability to mobilise target communities and organize them to form institutions. Have skills in result-based participatory monitoring, evaluation, and planning. Have knowledge of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Experiences in Community-Based Resource Management. Have communication skills and abilities. Can contribute to utilising systematic knowledge and skills towards effective advocacy. Have the ability to develop research methodology and write quality reports. Ability to work with external and internal stakeholders of the project. Have skills in team building and working in a team. Have proven leadership skills to lead a team.
He has visited India, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Netherlands to participate in knowledge-gaining events. He has completed his master’s degree on sociology from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
