Mustafizur Rahman

Mustafizur Rahman is a Community Livelihood development Expert. He holds a bachelor and master degree in Philosophy from Chittagong University. He has Master’s degree in Business Administration from North South University, Dhaka and MSc in Disaster Management from University of Dhaka. Strong skill in Training and Facilitation, organizational capacity assessment and planning, Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for the project personnel to develop their capacity on problem identification, need prioritization, mobilization of resources, capacity building program implementation, training material and module development, prepare the annual and quarterly result based training plan, preparation of budget and training reports,prepare strategic skill development plan, Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Social mobilization and governance & accountability, Design Training Impact Assessment (TIA) tools and conduct TIA study and Training Monitoring & Evaluation. He is also experienced in community based natural resource management and knowledge in community mobilization system and approach.
