Objectives: The project aims to improve peaceful coexistence and self-reliance opportunities for refugees and host communities in Cox’s Bazar. It includes homestead development, income-generating initiatives, and entrepreneurship promotion.

Narrative Description of Project: The project responds to the influx of Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh since August 2017, impacting about 1.2 million people. Mukti Cox’s Bazar leads in providing humanitarian assistance, focusing on food, health, gender-based violence support, and education for refugees. In 2023, the project extended its reach to 500 new beneficiaries in Camp 17, implementing various planned interventions.
Description of Actual Services Provided by AIRD: Associates for Innovative Research and Developments (AIRD) provided services including Inception Report, Methodology Development, Questionnaire Design (both quantitative and qualitative), Primary and Secondary Data Collection, Data Entry and Analysis, and Project Evaluation. Additionally, they were responsible for report writing.
