- Assess the performance of the Haor Flood Management and Livelihood Improvement Project (HFMLIP)
- Evaluate outputs and outcomes using verifiable indicators from the Logical Framework of HFMLIP
- Identify the contribution of the Project Fund to improving the livelihoods of the rural poor
Location: Project Areas in 40 Districts under 02 Divisions, Bangladesh
Duration of Assignment: October 2020 to March 2021
Narrative Description of Project: The project aims to conduct an impact evaluation of the Haor Flood Management and Livelihood Improvement Project (HFMLIP) to assess its performance and outcomes. The evaluation will utilize verifiable indicators outlined in the Logical Framework of HFMLIP. The project focuses on improving the livelihoods of the rural poor in the selected areas affected by floods.
