Description: 

Objectives: The project aimed to conduct an impact evaluation of “The Salt Solution” program in Bangladesh. The study sought to review project performance, gain insights into project operations, ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery and management, examine the implementation process in coastal areas, and determine the extent of results achieved.

Location: Eight upazilas under four districts (Khulna, Bagerhat, Barguna, and Patuakhali), Bangladesh

Duration of Assignment: 6 months (January 2019 – June 2019)

Narrative Description of Project: The primary objective of the project was to conduct an impact evaluation of “The Salt Solution” program, which operated in various coastal areas of Bangladesh. The study aimed to provide valuable insights into project operations and delivery, assess the efficiency of implementation processes in coastal areas, and evaluate the extent of results achieved. The impact evaluation played a crucial role in understanding the outcomes and effectiveness of “The Salt Solution” program.

  • Conducted primary and secondary data collection to assess the impact of “The Salt Solution” program.
  • Engaged in data entry and analysis to evaluate the project’s outcomes and effectiveness.
