Objectives: The project aimed to monitor and assess the progress and performance of initiatives related to gender transformative agendas and livelihood options for women in the host community. Specifically, the study sought to review project performance, gain insights into project operations, ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery and management, examine implementation processes in the coastal context, and determine the extent of results achieved.

Location: Teknaf and Ukhia, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh

Duration of Assignment: 2 months (November 2020 – December 2020)

Narrative Description of Project: The project’s primary objective was to conduct a comprehensive review of project performance, particularly in the context of gender transformative agendas and livelihood opportunities for women in the host community. This review aimed to provide valuable insights into project operations and delivery, assess the efficiency of implementation processes in coastal areas, and evaluate the achieved results. The study played a crucial role in ensuring the project’s effectiveness and impact.
